Services

The site offers select services for those seeking to improve their Academic written skills.

Students are responsible for selecting the appropriate service(s) for their needs. Prior to selection, students should read extensively the manner by which feedback is given for each piece of work submitted. The feedback will consist of detailed explanation (and at times examples) and correct alternatives to mistakes made.

Leila's Writing Lab operates and controls the site from different locations and does not guarantee that this website will be available or applicable for use in all locations. Leila's Writing Lab might not be accessible in your location. Although all communications from Leila's Writing Lab will be sent via email or other forms of correspondence, Leila's Writing Lab does not guarantee successful delivery of all communications.

A student's submission of a piece of writing will not result in any feedback given until the appropriate amount of money has been paid and cleared by Leila's Writing Lab.

ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED AND MONEY HAS BEEN CLEARED, NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN.

Compliance and Conduct

While on Leila's Writing Lab website, or when dealing with any site or other platform affiliated with Leila's Writing Lab, you accept responsibility for never engaging in any unauthorized activity. Should you be made aware of any misuse of the Leila's Writing Lab site, you are responsible for relaying this information to the administrators of the site without any hesitation.

You agree and acknowledge that the content of your writing and the feedback given on Leila's Writing Lab will not be used as means of cheating on any test. In addition, Leila's Writing Lab will not be held responsible for any content in a student's piece of written work which has been plagiarized or copied from an outside source. Should this happen, Leila's Writing Lab reserves the right refuse feedback on that specific piece of writing.

When using this site, you agree to refrain from using any inappropriate language or images, which could be deemed as offensive to any instructor, student or third party. Should a student illustrate such use of language, their written document will be removed from the site immediately. Examples of such inappropriate language may include (but are not limited to) any inappropriate reference to any form of religion, faith, custom, race, nationality, sexual orientation, gender or any other form of discrimination, profanity and swearing.

You acknowledge and agree that you will not post or publish any harmful or abusive information or material related in any way to Leila's Writing Lab on any other social platform or with a third party. Any such behavior will result in instant termination of the student's account and may result in legal pursuits.

You accept that you will not try to gain unauthorized access to the Leila's Writing Lab site or that of any accounts belonging to any of the students registered with Leila's Writing Lab. In addition, you will not interfere with others' rights to access Leila's Writing Lab or try to influence their activity on this site.

You acknowledge and agree that you will not submit content that has been written by anybody but yourself. Minors who are supervised and have the consent of a responsible adult are exempt. Furthermore, you will not attempt to copy, distribute, download or share any content from Leila's Writing Lab with a third party in order to sell or make a profit.

You acknowledge and agree not to attempt to sell or advertise any products or services on the Leila's Writing Lab website or any social media platform affiliated with Leila's Writing Lab.

You acknowledge that by using this site, you comply with local, national and international laws concerning the communication of technical data exported from your country of residence.

Leila's Writing Lab may include hyperlinks to other websites which we are not responsible for the maintenance, operation or control of content. Hence, Leila's Writing Lab is not responsible for any content, services or products available or advertised on any such sites. Leila's Writing Lab does not review, approve or endorse any of the products and services offered on such sites.

Services and Maintenance

For quality purposes, the Leila's Writing Lab website may have to undergo maintenance at certain intervals during the year, in which case it will not be fully operational. However, the maintenance will take place during off peak hours and every effort will be made to get it up and running as soon as possible. Should Leila's Writing Lab be unresponsive for more than 5 hours, Leila's Writing Lab will contact student either via email or social media and provide regular updates.

Should a student submit a piece of work during the period of maintenance on the website, Leila's Writing Lab will not accept any responsibility should the student obtain a low score or fail from an actual TOEFL or IELTS test.

You acknowledge that neither Leila's Writing Lab nor the instructors affiliated with the site guarantee that the content or services provided by Leila's Writing Lab (whole or in part) will be free of errors or any interruptions. Therefore, should any such errors or interruptions result in a low score or failure in a test of IELTS, TOEFL or ESL, Leila's Writing Lab takes no responsibility and will not offer refunds or exchanges.

Prices

You agree that Leila's Writing Lab reserves the right (and sole discretion) of replacing, altering or deleting any of the information, services and prices displayed on this site at any time without prior notice.

Fees for each service must be fully paid for and cleared before any feedback can be given on a submission.

Third party / background checks

Leila's Writing Lab may employ third party agencies to conduct background checks such as (but not limited to) criminal background checks, sex offender registry checks, motor vehicle records check, credit check and ID verification checks. However, Leila's Writing Lab does not make any guarantees regarding the reliability and accuracy of such records and does not independently authenticate any such records.
