What personal information will Leila's Writing Lab request from you? And why?

The only personal bit of information that we require is your most current email address. This is so that we can contact you should there be any changes or alterations which might affect our services or your rights. We will also use this information to return your written work along with the audio - recorded feedback attached.

Payment details provided by you will be collected by PayPal and no bit of this information is made available to Leila's Writing Lab. Hence, Leila's Writing Lab will only be notified of the time, date and amount that the payment is made.

Will any of my personal data be stored on Leila's Writing Lab?

None of your information is stored on Leila's Writing Lab at any time, apart from when it is being processed by an instructor for feedback. Every time you wish to submit a piece of writing, you are asked to enter your email address, regardless of your frequency of use of this site.

What will happen to the content of my submitted writing practice?

As soon as you submit your writing practice, our team will begin their process of providing feedback. Once the process is over, the writing practice along with the audio - recorded feedback attached will be emailed back to you. Leila's Writing Lab DOES NOT keep or store any aspect of your writing.
