Hi, my name is Leila.
I help students with a desire to learn English to advance their academic writing skills, so that they can achieve their lifelong goals and aspirations.

I have spent the last 20 years helping students from all over the world gain confidence in their English language communication and pass their IELTS / TOEFL tests. Many of my students have emigrated to other countries, enrolled in top universities, started successful careers and businesses, as well as many other exciting ventures.

Whilst correcting your writing, in order to teach you how to significantly increase your score, I will show you how to:
- Illustrate task achievement
It means: answer the question completely using relevant and supporting ideas / examples
- Use appropriate and advanced vocabulary
It means: show your range of vocabulary by using suitable academic words, idioms, collocations...
- Show coherence and cohesion
It means: write in a logical and organized manner, link your sentences and paragraphs together with appropriate linkers
- Show grammatical range and accuracy
It means: you should be able to write both simple and complex grammatical sentences, as well as be able to use a wide range of grammatical structures correctly and accurately (passive voice, conditionals, tenses, prepositions, articles....)
